You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office.
FREE US Shipping: All U.S. orders ship for FREE. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 5 to 10 days and packages are not insured. This is our slowest shipping option, but free!
Priority Mail: You may upgrade to Priority Mail with package Insurance for only $3.95. These packages should arrive in 2-3 days from the USPS, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
Express Mail: You may upgrade to Express Mail with package insurance for $25, orders placed by (M-F) will be shipped the same day and should arrive in 1-2 days from USPS, guaranteed delivery is 2 days.
Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade your shipping to include insurance.
Processing time: Orders are quickly processed and sent from our location in South Dakota within 2 business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped.
Shipping to Canada: We currently ship to Canada using USPS Priority Mail. All orders under $150.00 ship for a flat fee of $30.00, orders over $150.00 ship for a flat fee of $20.00. We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the U.S.
NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME ITEM? Please be aware that our items often sell out very quickly! Please go ahead and place a new order for the correct size of the same exact item and send the incorrect size back for a refund, just make a note on your packing slip with the new order number. If a new order number is not included, you will receive a full store credit of the actual purchase price as long as the guidelines below apply to the item.
Unworn, unwashed goods and unused products may be returned for a full store credit of the actual purchase price as long as the tags are attached. Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in a shipping box. We must receive your merchandise within 30 days from the date your order was placed. Requests for a refund instead of store credit will result in a 25% restock fee.
**All items ending in .99 are Final Sale and may not be returned. Items discounted 30% or greater will also be considered Final Sale.
Within 3 business days of receiving your return we will email you your store credit amount. Then you can get shopping again!
Please mail returns to 20 Golf Drive, Wentworth, SD 57075. Make sure your order number or packing slip is included. You may want to purchase insurance and tracking for your package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. All shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid to a 3rd party. Excessive returns may result in a Restock fee.
If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged or beyond 30 days from the order date, they will be sent back to you without exception.
SOMETHING WRONG? Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at firstname.lastname@example.org so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. We do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns, items with slight variances will not be considered defective as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement.
